By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• All prices are shown and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
• Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
• Your bank statement will show the descriptor “SOPHIAHOMED DECOR”.
• You are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by your destination country.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock — and will refund any payment in full if we do.

We describe each piece as accurately as we can. Hand-finished ceramics, glass and crystal vary slightly, and textiles carry the tolerances noted on each product page; these variations are characteristics of handmade and natural materials, not defects. Colours may differ slightly between screens.

Candle products carry safety warnings and burning instructions on the product page and packaging; you agree to follow them. Fragile items ship insured and must be inspected on arrival (see Returns). Use all items only for their intended decorative purpose.

All site content — text, original prints, photography and the Sophiahomed name and marks — belongs to SOPHIA HOME & DECOR LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Our designs are original or use purely floral, geometric or genuine public-domain motifs; we do not reproduce third-party brands or protected artworks, and we ask the same respect for our own work.

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Florida, USA.
